Her Story
Rose is a project manager and researcher with extensive experience working across the public sector including charity, academic, and advocacy organisations.
She currently manages policy-focused research projects at the Modern Slavery and Human Rights Policy and Evidence Centre (PEC) at the University of Oxford, with a focus on trafficking risks in vulnerable and marginalised communities.
Rose has held several senior roles at MEWSo, where she led high-impact projects supporting migrant women, campaigned against harmful practices, and built the organisation’s internal systems and delivery structures.
With a Middle Eastern background, where women's rights are an ongoing issue, Rose is deeply connected to the communities MEWSo serves and brings both strategic leadership and a strong grounding in frontline service delivery.
She is passionate about using policy, advocacy, and practical action to create a fairer, safer society for all women.
