What Do We Do?

What Is Safe Accommodation?
إذا كنت تواجه بيئة غير آمنة في المنزل، وتتعرض لخطر العنف المنزلي، فإتبع هذه الخطوات للمساعدة في الحفاظ على سلامتك أنت وعائلتك.
To be considered for DASA Support, you must:

Be a survivor of domestic abuse, including any form of gender-based violence

Be aged 18 or over
-
Live in London.
If you meet the criteria above, please click on the referral form below
You must also fit into one or more of the following categories:

Be currently living in domestic abuse safe accommodation - which includes any of the accommodation listed above

Have recently left domestic abuse safe accommodation and seeking support to cope with the transition, rebuild stability and resettle into a new home or community
-
Be at risk from domestic abuse and are actively seeking access to safe accommodation.
To Refer Yourself
You don't need anyone's permission.
But, if you need help filling in the form, please email:

Professionals Referring a Client
This principally applies to Refuges, Housing Providers, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVA) and Support Workers.
Please make sure the person you are supporting has agreed to being referred, and knows that we will contact them.

By clicking on the Referral Form below you will be directed to the SafeRoots Partnership's lead organisation, Nour.

From there, your application will be sorted in the main database, but you will still be represented by MEWSo.

If MEWSo is at full capacity for referrals, then your application will be passed onto the next most appropriate organisation available, unless you are happy to join MEWSo's waiting list.
DASA Support is a project funded by the MOPAC-led*, DASA 'By and For' Grants Fund, and administered by the Greater London Authority. The SafeRoots DASA Partnership includes MEWSo, Mindworks UK, Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre, Nour and Sister Circle.
